    I had a few mechanic buddies of mine look at my setup and they noticed that the belt is not running in the center of the tensioner pulley but more to the inside. Haven't decided what my course of action will be yet. I may take the suggestions of doing an upgrade to my tensioner setup.

    The Gates squilled and chirp constantly . It was so embarrassing on start ups and cruising. They along with other brands of belts didn't last. No noise with the Gatorback but like you said it is a thinner belt compared to the Gates. Thank Thanks

    No I don't power shift at all. I have tried one of those RPM belts and also one of those fleet runner belts with the same results. It's possible that my supercharger is misaligned. If only I had a reputable shop to get it checked. I don't have much confidence with the dealerships near me. I...

    It is a roots blower. With the tune it went from what I think 8psi to 10. Boost gage isn't digital.

    If you're not familiar with the Saleen S281 SC setup the alternator faces the rear. As a matter of fact I do have debris that comes from the belt which is located in about three places. It's most noticeable when I look down at my oil filter.

    Since buying this car I've had belt issues. It could be because it started out a Stage 1 and was upgraded by previous owner. It had a 109 in belt and it was suggested to go with 108 or 108.5. Still I seems to changed them out every 4-5k miles. Had a tune with a small pulley add and problem...
