    Gasket Thickness

    Is there any risk associated with running a thicker head gasket under boost? I'm weighing the benefits of ordering .051 over the typical .040 (for a supercharged application). Also, by my calculations, the thicker gasket should drop my CR to 9.56:1 from 9.8. Am I in the right ballpark?
