Time for new tires for a 305/30R19 19x11 square setup. I now have Rival S 1.5s that I need to replace. I've been pretty happy with the Rivals but have been hearing a lot of good things about the Falken RT660s.
Car has full Whiteline rear suspension and Vorshlag MCS TT1 coilover camber plate package with 550lb front and 250lb rear springs, Hotchkiss 38.1mm hollow front and 25.4mm hollow rear adjustable sway bars. Stock front control arms and bushings. Have about 2.75* neg camber and 1/8" toe out up front.
Not a daily driver but is driven to and from events (about 40 events and approx 1500-2000 street miles a year). Temperatures are hot here in the summer and I run mostly on a mix of grippy concrete runway and well worn asphalt surfaces. I prefer not to have to spray tires which I have never needed to do with the Rivals.
Anyone have experience with the RT660 and can compare to the Rival S 1.5 on their Mustangs?
