where to buy replacement diode?

Anyone know where to get a new one of these? There are two in the bec and one of mine failed, it's now a dead short. None of my local auto parts stores have them, and I haven't had any luck online yet either.

Ford, or maybe this one at O'Reilly.

I found one on ebay but other then that it looks like a Ford part. There are two listed in the Tasca web site. There are two different ones.

Funny, I brought my bad one to my local O'Reilly's and asked if they sold replacements, the counter guy wasn't sure so he asked his boss, and his answer was no, lol. Although their website does not have the in-store pick up option so maybe it's online sales only for that.

I looked on the Tasca site but I didn't find it, the diode I found was completely different. Do you have the part number for the other type and do you have any idea what the difference is? Thanks,
