We have spent countless hours working and making the best type of fuel tank hat. With this said, like our 2011+ gt Jackal hat which has had nothing but amazing results and proven to hold the power, now this is available for the 05-10 GT and 07-12 GT500. No more 3 pump systems and worrying about which pump goes bad, all the wiring, and fuel smell inside the vehicle.

This is a return style hat. Our patent pending design for the venturian and hat is designed to fit your stock gas tank. It also uses your stock fuel sender lever and wiring. Also, it uses a 100 micron filter for inside the tank. The pump (A1000 or eliminator or any type you like) will be a in line system and can handle 1000+ rwhp.

We will be offering just the hat and complete systems as well. Will be out before thanksgiving.

A lot more information to follow. Any more questions, please feel free to call 561-417-5555

As the title states, this is a sneak peak of our prototype Billet Aluminum fuel hat.

The final peace will be black anodized.

The reason we posted is because it looks like there is a seam and when it has writing like that on tubing, it usually means it was manufactured in bulk unlike billet.

Every one will be made in billet aluminum and anodized black.

This hat (our prototype) is the only one that will be like this.

Where do you guys recommend mounting the pump since it's an inline pump? Have you guys flowed it with a a1000 since it has a pickup tube versus a sump? Also, will a fuel pump controller be needed to help this pump live?

The best part about this hat is you can use any in line pump. We will be testing this hat with a A1000. Mounting though, their is multiple places to mount, we are still testing the best location. A fuel pump controller is not required.

Out of curiosity why the change from this:

I actually thought the original version was a good idea, but I am not so sure about this latest version. The A1000 I have on my Fox bodied car is loud, which isn't a problem on car that pretty much a track car, but certainly not something I want hear in a daily driver.

The 1st pic is the setup for the 2011+ GT and Boss; the design of the hat and tank changed with the 5.0. The 2007-2012 GT500's and 05-10 GT's all use the same style of hat. I talked with them about this in Bowling Green at the NMRA finals. The A1000 pump will not fit the old style hat in the tank.

The older style tank will not fit a hat and A1000 in the tank. It will stick up past the inlet whole. So this is the next best thing. Never have to drop your tank, pull your seats again to check if you have a bad pumps.

The cool thing about this hat for the 05-10 gt and gt500, you can use pretty much any pump you want. We are using the A1000.

This style also saves a lot on price and makes so you can do whatever you want for a system. We will have our setup as well that we think is the best fitting.

The venturian like on the stock hat and our 2011 hat has out design. It's not on this hat listed (do to being a prototype) but out Patent Pending design works with no issues. More pictures to come soon of the final product

Are you guys sure that is going to work , Ive run a a1000 on a fox body in a similar application , they do not like to try and suck fuel out of the top of the tank , the pump gets very loud and you can here it cavitate .
Have you done any testing in long street driving applications? I would rather just buy a 2011 tank and run the pump inside , this way the pump stays cooler and wont have a problem .

That's why I asked a few questions, I know most in line pumps don't like to pull. Here is an interesting read for those not familiar with a1000 and similar in line pumps. http://aeromotiveinc.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/11101.pdf
