Alright due to demand I'm going to start offering pre-built hard line to rail setups, this setup is a direct swap for the stock soft line remving the restiction and increasing line size. The efi rail fitting as you can see below has a much larger inner diameter, as well as the hose ends and larger 8an hose. Then the the final efi fitting to go to your hard line at the strut tower to finish it off. (Available in the startlite aqp or ss braid ptfe 8an hose from Fore)

Stock ford efi rail fitting below.

Upgraded efi fitting in the kit.

And here is a shot showing the stock line portion being replaced that runs from the back of the strut tower/wheel up to the railsl. This setup works for stock rails or any aftermarket rail that attaches to the stock line.

This is the kit I was looking for, although I do want the filter and what it takes to replace stocker. Also, to hook up to Fore kit I bought. Was that what you priced me? Thanks

Does anyone know if the fuel rail fitting pictured here fits GT500 rails? I ordered this one, but I noticed the stock connector is different on the GT500s than our GTs.

Would the AN connector just be the same as the one connecting to the hardline at the firewall?

Its not an an fitting its an efi fitting. In which case its still a gt line on your car right so that end is fine.

I just got my upgraded line...

Anyone know how to remove the stock line? Specifically the fender side fitting?
The tool I have to remove the fuel rail fitting doesn't seem to work for the fender side fitting. sigh

Any help would be much appreciated!!

You need the ten dollar fuel and ac line tool from autozone. Getting the hard line off is the easy part btw... did mine yesterday.

It does, trust me. I believe it was the small blue one. You need to get it on the line, push up slightly, and then pull on the swivel from the top. I thought it didn't work at first too.

Then I unbolted the bracket holding the two hard lines, and actually pulled them both into the fender well area. There I attached the hardline adapter fitting. Then I finagled it back into the engine bay. Getting the hose end onto that fitting was no small task either.

Just to let people know, I got a fuel line upgrade from Jeremy along with the PPRV delete and it made a huge difference! I run E85 and my fuel pumps were maxed out on my 3" pulley (.500 fpdc). I installed the -8 AN line (PTFE teflon line), fittings, Fore fuel filter with stainless filter element and all new fittings including the Russell one to go on the stock rails and tonight my FPDC dropped to .374!!! That's a 26% difference.

FYI I run GT500 pumps, FRPP 80lb injectors, stock fuel rails and the 40A single boost-a-pump.

Definitely a worthwhile upgrade.

You got any tips on how to remove the stock fitting from the hardline on the fender side? I could not get mine off using the plastic disconnect tools. I tried using the light blue tool.

How is it starting the car without the PPRV?
Give us your feedback.

Awesome results!!

Just curious if you got before and after power outputs HP wise.

The hard line in the fender area on mine has the same type of connector that went into the stock fuel filter so I just had to push the spring loaded tab in and it disconnected without any problem. I find it easier to either use my right angle needle nose plyers or a small flat head screw driver to press the tab in.

As far as starting it is fine...don't even notice it is gone.

My car doesn't see a dyno so no idea on power but it won't change on mine because even though I was .500 fpdc I was still rich. I kept the same tune in to see the difference so now I need to start leaning it out so I'll have even more fuel to work with once I get it closer to .790 - .800 lambda (I'm around .760 lambda now).

The nice thing is now once I get my custom alternator pulley from Innovators West so I don't overspin the alternator I most likely have enough fuel to put the 2.75" pulley on the blower.
