Mine weighed a little over 3800 with me in it before removing the front swaybar, I'd guess upper 3700 now. Once the shifts are close I should be able to lose about 100 pounds pretty easy by removing seats and adding skinnies.

What type of fuel is that car running?

VP C20. I've worked with E85 quite a bit and have come to the point that I'd just rather work with quality gasoline.

I get some good laughs out of car weights, you've got guys with NA cars so no blower or ice tank, no roll bar in them, same things as here like tube bumpers, tube rad support, dumped exhaust, then things like one seat, tubular k, manual rack and pinion, yet they still profess to be heavier than this car is and even put it in their videos trying to show it. Reality is they are probably 200lbs lighter.

We got it done on the 82MM tonight. I figured out something with the trans calibration that isn't in any of the tuning software currently. I hoped for half this much, I never dreamed it would pick up 3 tenths. No changes since last time other than calibration, and the weather was similar enough.

I posted in my other thread but since this is still active I'll update here as well. I bought a 82mm pulley but did not put it on and didn't get to do any weight reduction other than removing the passenger seat and was unable to borrow any skinnies so I ran on my 17x7's. I did add a Circle D 258mm 2c converter tho. These passes are on the 85mm pulley and MS109 fuel.

This is from today in da in the 500-600 range (I have not had to the chance to verify the da but that's what I was told it was by some other guys at the track).

No 9's this year but I really didn't expect to on the 85mm pulley. I tried one more time after the last time I posted slips (best of 10.29) but was unable to get the car to hook good on the launch and it was hitting the limiter on the 3-4 shift but still managed a 10.37. Over the winter i plan to put on a smaller pulley along with adding the necessary fueling upgrades, swap the K springs out for some BMR drag springs, and I have a new set of track wheels on the way that have skinnies rather than the 17x7's i had been using. Hopefully in the spring I can report back with a 9 second slip!

Real close to a 9 on the 85MM yesterday. Stepped back to that pulley due to the fuel system being marginal on keeping up with the 82MM. It ran 10.04@136 on the very first hit. I think the 9 would be there with some more attempts, but it wasn't possible with over 300 cars there yesterday.

Well, hopefully I can get that 9 second slip this year when the tracks open next month. I went to the 82mm pulley and added injectors & boost a pump for security. Last year I was using a 7" front with a 27" tire and this year will be on a 4.5" with a 26", rears will stay the same (275-60 Pro's). I will be installing some BMR drag springs and doing some free weight reduction along with adding a drivers side race seat. If all goes well and the planets align maybe I can squeak into the 9's lol.

I went to the track yesterday in hopes of getting a goal, I didn't get it but atleast the car was faster. This is only the second weekend since the track opened for the year, that along with a lot of street tires there and a pretty good cross/head wind it was not in very good shape at all. It spun on pretty much every pass whether it was on the launch or a little ways out. Here's the new personal best in ~+1200 da. Previous best was in da around +700.

I would think you would want a 28" tire on the front....not a smaller tire. IMO 26 is too small.
