Has anyone ran the 29.5 x 10.5-15 ET Drags? I really want to try this tire but don't know if it will fit.
Thanks.
Thanks.
No, but I sure didn't have a lot of room to spare with 28x10-15 slicks. That's a big tire! Trying to wreck the rear or compensate for 4.10's at the top?Has anyone ran the 29.5 x 10.5-15 ET Drags? I really want to try this tire but don't know if it will fit.

They will not fit on a 17" wheel. I don't think MT even makes them in a 17"
For me, I'm having a little trouble hooking the 28" now. I'm getting about a 1/4 tire rotation as I hook and my 60's have dropped almost a 10th because of it. I'm thinking the taller tire is the solution.....
I RUN THE 325/50/15 on the rear with bogarts. Had to heat the lower shock mount and massage it in about 1/4" to make it clear the top of the shock...thats it.Stock shocks - eibach springs. I already measured and no way. I can go 28.5 " max.
But I also just saw that MT has a 28/11.5-15 - will these fit on the bogart welded rt's?

I'll bet with the bogart would come real close to fitting that 29.5 with the right off set and it just might tuck inside. The question is hwether better to have a 28" OD with 11.5" tread or 29.5" OD with a 10" tread? I think I know the answer...
Why bother with a 15" rim on the street? No traction there anyway, a 17 or 18 DR on anything will do just as well if you are worried about tooling around with 800HP on the street.im still looking for a 15" rim to get. im trying not to buy bogarts. liek to find a little cheaper especially considering i cant drive them on thestreet

15" is for sidewall flex to plant the rubber - you are not launching that hard on the street - it will just spin pretty much no matter what you do...
I thought someone posted a wheel set (holeshot?) and some spacers that did the trick for a bit less? (that weren't the mythical welds of which Don melted the last set known to man kind... )true enough i guess. i still don't think the bogarts are worth 1600 bucks though
Sounds like it is time for adjustable shocks.Stock shocks - eibach springs.
