ST begins the GT500 Challenge...

Adam is on a mission to have the fastest GT500 on the road and he's well on his way. With the Whipple 3.4 in the car and baseline dyno results were as follows...

16º max timing
91 pump gas
17 psi

691 RWHP!!

This is very conservative and just the baselines. He hasn't even finished the mass air transfer functions. This car should see 850 rwhp by the end of the week...

Adam and I will both be at the PSCA Spring Break Shootout at Fontana on March 14-16th. We are looking to turn some heads and make a west coast statement with the GT500 and S197 3V. We are also in the plans to attend some far off events and show the east coast boys what the west coast has up their sleeve on their own turf...

We will be competing in the open comp class. I may do the wild mustang class too just to get some more runs in (the wild mustang is just a trophy class) but I will definitely be in the open comp class. It's one of the biggest classes for PSCA and should be sweet to see our cars competing with the big wheel jumpers...

We just fitted our GT500 with a Built 4R100 lightning truck automatic transmission and we are going to add a 3.4 whipple and Aluminum JDM Ford GT 5.4 block! Looking for 850 RWHP and high 8's! Getting a cage certified to 8.50's after we make the power.

The car only has 45 miles on it!!!!!!!

I will. It's happening for sure and adam and I are just working out the where and when. We want to to do it on their own turf so they east coast boys have no excuses...lol

Might as well be at the NMCA race at Atco, New Jersey, June 6-8. There is a special LSX/Hemi/Modular shootout race at this event. There will be three separate eliminators for each engine class paying $2500 to win. The three winners and one runner-up will then race for the overall title and an as yet to be named special grand prize. Class will be run Open Comp style and no transbrakes allowed.

Trying to get the sponsor to ante up for this one. Shouldn't be too hard. LOL!

New trans should be ready by next week, but It's ready for O-town.
