Previous size was a 3.8 and the gates k061203. I believe the length is 120.3

I'm having some boost issues after I installed a 3.48 pulley on my novi 1200. In the video it'll slowly climb by .1 and I'm letting of at 5k in 3rd gear. At that point the motor is struggling to make power. This is after I put in a blow thru setup intercooler and 3.48 pulley. I thought it was...
