Your car did make about 540 hp if you convert it to dynojet numbers and factor drivetrain loss. 427x1.27 (12% to convert to dynojet and 15% for drivetrain loss) so you are about 460rwhp and 400 rwtq.
I think "technically" they wouldn't pass as the overlap is -2.5 degrees and the limit is either -6 or -8 degrees, or at least that I was told. But I think you would still pass.
Barona is the only other local track in San Diego county. If you want to drive 2 to 2.5 hrs there is Fontana. Barona is an excellent track but it's located 1600' above sea level so in the summer you are looking at 3000'+ DA. For shits and giggles, I would like to take my car to Pro Dyno...
Not 3-4 but .3 to .4 .I am going to say your bama tune was way off. N/A I just don't see that much of a variance between a good email tune and a dyno tune.
That may have been me. I dynoed my dyno tune and Bama tune back to back and the bama tune dynoed about .3-.4 hp higher so they were virtually identical.
Maybe the tune from bbr is not spot on. Just ask them to send you a new tune. Same thing happened when had my comp cams installed. The tune from Bama/AM was corrupt. The car barely ran. I received new tunes a few days later and the tunes were just right. No issues what so ever.
