If it were me i would send it back to Ford Performance and let them fix and calibrate it. May want to call them and perhapps they can have some authorized shop fix it if you try and fail to fix it they won't want to mess with it.

JMO But I think Ford should give everyone effected a choice on whether to have it disconnected till they have a fix available, that would be the only fair option.
