When do you get your car back out?

Got the car out 10 days ago in Calgary. Couldn’t wait anymore.

Anyone with 127550 cams only ? Need advice

Yes. I called Whipple and explained my situation and they sent me a bypass actuator that doesn’t snap shut at low vacuum. It made a huge difference and made the car tuneable. I also have a TR-6060 trans and 373 gears. It still takes a bit of practice to launch. You have to give it a bit of...

    Which clutch do I want/need?

General cruising, occasional "spirited" street duty and a few drag passes on the RST with street tires. It let go on the strip and I limped it home. Since I installed the RXT I've upped the boost and also run DR's on the rear and the RXT holds no problem.

    Which clutch do I want/need?

McLeod flywheel and RXT hands down. Mine's a Whipple stroker 3V (629 WHP) and the RST didn't last very long at all. No issues with the RXT.

    RXT Clutch?

Not since I roasted my RST on the first pass up there a few years ago. Been working crazy hours - haven't started my mustang in over a month - only three times since last September. Are you going to Street Machine Weekend this year?

    RXT Clutch?

My RST didn't last very long but it was during the period McLeod was having issues with those. I swapped it for an RXT and would never consider anything else. I'm mostly street - even rush hour traffic at times.

WTB Autolite HT0 or Brisk for 2006 GT with supercharger.

I use Brisk in mine - they have the regular J-straps and are much easier to gap.

Coyote Powered FFR '33 Hot Rod Build

Spent the weekend at the drag strip with the '33 hotrod. First time out on the strip and it ran a best ET of 11:65 and pretty consistent 1.60 60's. DA was something like 4000. No issues mechanically. We got about 20 runs in. With a bit of suspension work and a custom exhaust this car has a bit...

Coyote Powered FFR '33 Hot Rod Build

The color is Dodge inferno red. Another night shot: A still shot from the road course school. Freezing rain/snow made the conditions less than ideal for the first performance shakedown but driver and vehicle survived intact!

    Bad Sellers

Holy fuck this shit has been going on for a long time over $75. Sometimes shit happens with brand new parts. Sportinawoody you're modifying a car and its not always going to go totally smoothly. It sucks but you were the last guy to touch that injector and it's fucked up now. There's no way to...

Early GT500 clutch setup. How much does it hold?

There were lots of issues with the early GT500 clutches. Just about everyone local to me has settled on the MacLeod RXT twin disk for S197 supercharged GT's and GT500's. The downtime and PITA of clutch changes in these cars is not worth the cost savings of cobbling something together IMHO.
