This has happened to me numerous times as well...what I have came to the conclusion of is when my keys are hanging some times my knees will hit the key fob and the trunk release button is very sensitive...no faulty latch with mine...just accidentally hitting the button to open when driving lol

I know it sounds simple but try cleaning your MAF and throttle body...when I installed my cams it wouldn't idle at all...thought it was tune related...someone told me to try cleaning throttle body and maf before getting a tune revision and after I was done it started right up and idled...
