I wasn't sure where to ask this. But I melted piston #3 and need to buy a new block. Shop here in town is quoting me way over what I should be paying for just the block itself. Does anyone know of a good site/company I can order one from? All I need is the block, and all the crap I am coming...

Yeah, just posted over in Jeremy's thread. She is hitting 19lbs now after driving for a bit last night. Very slowly starting to spool faster. The problem is since it spools so later I basically need to just haul ass everywhere I am going to keep it spooled, lol. I will keep you all updated.

My Oilless is taking a bit of time to break in compared to others I think. Spoke with Bobby yesterday about it. I took it out last night and it is finally hitting 19 PSI, but still not making full boost until 4500-5000. However, I am noticing slightly faster spool each time I drive it so...

Thats what I am going to do. I made another video, that noise you hear is my phone being stupid and emphasizing the valve train noise immediately after starting it up. I walked around it a bit to get a different position to pick up the sound. Bobby, let me know what Comp says tomorrow...

I used it at every V band pre/post turbo. I am going to go through the whole system again. But I can only hear one faint leak way past the turbo.

I don't think my phone is registering the sound well. I think you are just hearing the valve train.

Engine off Engine running: Note, the framerate on my camera isn't that fast so I think it looks like the blades are spinning faster then they really are. I stuck my finger into the compressor to see if that would show that it wasn't spinning all that fast.

Thought he went with a 67mm oiless. I can't remember though.

The car runs well, don't get me wrong. But the turbo should/needs to spool faster. It has the boost curve of a centri, I will say that the turbo spun easier after a few pulls on the dyno than it did just now. I am just scratching my head because I either have a big boost leak or this thing...

I may have said it wrong. It spins and doesn't feel like the bearing is bad and there is absolutely no play in it. It feels as if the grease cold. Almost as if it is filled with military grade GAA or something rather than what it supposed to be in there. I am going to go take a video or two...
