    Positive. The mirror shakes and distorts. I can't even see out of it if I turn up the radio which is stock. If I hold it the rattle noise goes away.

    They are always wired to be on constantly as long as the key is on. All it does is keep the voltage to the pump at a specific voltage and help prevent voltage drop when vehicles charging system is under high load.

    UPDATE: Summit Racing Fast Five(Prostar knockoffs) 15X8 wheels do not fit 2011+ due to caliper clearance. You need either a 1/8" spacer and grind down the caliper face a little or 1/4 spacer to make them clear the caliper.
