Is the 9 bar grill an overlay or does it totally replace the OEM grill? Also, I guess I could buy a kit to move the fogs behind the grill correct? Anybody answer this.

The 9 bar grille replaces the whole housing so be sure to ask for all the hardware (some L-bracket type deals), and I have seen someone do behind the grille fogs on that grille... Let me see if I can find the pics/post for you...

Nope the grill is in great condition. The hood, grill and rims where all put on in july. The car has less then 3000 miles put on it since then.
