The complete harness, simple plug in and play. These initially strobe when braking and strobe constantly when turning.

Yes sir, I also Venmo quite often. I was just pointing out that Zelle should be a fairly legitimate platform if USAA uses it as their default transfer service.

I have Zelle through my bank which is a Fortune 500 company and FDIC insured. I am reading about the issues with Venmo, and they are very similar to PayPal. Also, PP seems to be their parent company too...

This is why I prefer face-to-face and $ CASH $ transactions.

You can always send me a check, when it clears, I will mail out the item and provide tracking info. That's the best I can do for now.
