nah man they are definitely odd, never seen them before ANYWHERE. I didn't however say I didn't agree or cant see the usefulness. Obviously, I found the sticky as i updated the pics.

You don't have to put a location down. I just recognized the area code and was curious since I grew up east river.

The rules are in place to protect the members. Having the name and date in the pic eliminates most scammers. Some of us have been scammed and we don't want it to happen to someone else.
