(2) 17x8 bullit rims and tires

Hey there guys, i have 2 bullit rims for sale that would work great for DR applications etc. They're the 05+ offset and basically brand new. One of the rims has a 3-4 inch thin brown scuff mark, but i think a wet cloth will take it off lol. Anyways, i'm located in TX and i will not ship them. 100 bucks picked up.

Are they charcoal or silver? And define "in Texas" as it applies here. Things are kind of spread out here in Texas.
