I'll definitely be getting arp2000 bolts.

How about pistons?

Will be probably be aiming for manley, diamond, cp, or even eagle pistons. From my research I want stainless steel rings. For 600-650rwhp, what compression would I want on 93octane?

Most of the pistons made are pretty good imo. I prefer the ones made from 4032 alloy vs 2618. Mostly because it doesn't expand as much and allows for tighter clearances. My current motor has uncoated 2618 Diamonds and a ptb of .003". It's not noisy.

Probably the best buy out there for 4032 are Mahle. The are coated and have skirt coating, come with rings, and cost under $600 new. For 2618 pistons I think Wiseco is one of the better buys because they are skirt coated and come with rings. Manley also offers a good piston for the price.

I don't think Eagle makes pistons. I like higher compression. Some don't. With a stock stroke, stock bore you will max compression out at 11:1. I wouldn't go any lower than stock compression. I have in the past and lost hp when compared with the same blower on the stock motor and stock compression. Why stainless rings?
