Ok I know high idle is normal when first starting a car in the morning, but it seems like mine high idles way longer than it should. I'd say like 30 seconds-minute.

Starts at 1750ish then drops to 1400ish and stays there for the rest of the time pretty much. Should I go get it checked out?

Normal, It does it to bring the emission system up to operating temp.
You can have the high start up idle changed in a custom tune.

It'll high idle for less time if you don't move the car right away, I find. Not that it matters.

Let it idle until the engine get's it's shit together. TI-VCT. I'll bet it also sounds like it's misfiring.
