Quick question guys anyone running 5000k bulbs in thier 11-14 hid headlights? I switche drhe 4300k OEM osrams and I have 6000ks, but they seem a lot bluer because of the projector refraction. I also have 6000ks on my fog lights and they don't match to well. Anyone input on this issue? Pics will be appreciated!

Thanks

6000k are bluer in general than 4300k. What brand bulbs are the 6000k?

I know they are, but bc of the projector they seem even bluer. (Idk if this makes any sense). Just wondering how 5000ks would look with the refraction of the projectors.

I'm using Phillips bulbs now.

5000 will be "whiter" than the 4300, but keep in mind the further you get from 4300, the less actual light you have, and the worse visibility you will have in bad weather.

from my POV, when i see OEM HID 11-14s, they look blue as hell due to the projector height and design - tey seem to match the OEM LED fogs pretty well.

all of my retrofits have 4300k bulbs in them. if anything ive considered going down below 4300, although 5000 is a prettier look....
