Headlight cracked - I'd like buy new LED lamps

Hi
My front end lights and fogs are damaged, so I desided to buy new ones, but... which ones?

Here in Europe is needed have parking lights, meaning less bright lights in the headlights on the first level of the lights switch (2nd level are primaly (dipped) lights).

So I think about 2 variants:

1. Buy head lamps and fog lights with a halo LED ring and install an LED "bulb" into the head lamps.
Questions are:
Which halo head lamps and halo fog lights do you recommend?
Which LED "bulb" do you recommend?

2. Buy OEM head lamps and fog lights. Install a normal halogen bulb into fog lights and install an LED into head lamps, but the LED has to include high beam (brigh for a long distance), dipped beam (when passing a car) and parking light (which requires Europe law).
Question are:
Which LED "bulb" do you recommend?
Or when I install LED without parking light, is there any other way how can I solve them?

The easy way for Germany is to drill a hole from the bottom in front of the reflector, install a T5W bulb and use the front yellow side marker connection for it.

Thats how mine is here in England. But from the top.
