I plan to by a 4r70w,I found one Lentech but the guy don't have the spec.On the plate,we can see.....4r70/STP,serial number and the year of fabrication,it come with a stall 3800.
how can i know if it have transbrake ??? hp rate ???
On the site of lentech,4r70w/STP doesn't exist

Find out if the stub shaft was upgraded or anything else upgraded (my lt 4r70 '1000 hp trans' broke the stock stub shaft at under 600 hp.

A quick google search says that is a Street Terminator Plus that is rated at 1k. If it has a TB it will have red wire coming from the case towards the bottom but above the pan.

maybe think about a th400 swap! Reason i did cause its cheaper to fix and also cheaper to build! Just a idea!

I have a deal(I think)4000$ (canadian $)for everything I need to do the swap,4r70w (build 2008 but never installed)3800 stall,shifter,ring gear,trans cooler,everything are brand new..........what do you think ?????

All up to u man. Reason I didn't do a 4R was cause they are expensive to rebuild if something happens to it
