Oh snap.

Why is the IC so small?

I posted this in the other section as well,

Now you've assumed that the intercooler is small, but in reality the intercooler flows nearly 1300 CFM, with less than 1.5# of pressure drop. The thermal efficiency is also very high with frontal surface area is 136 sq in which is completely exposed to fresh air. The low profile tanks minimally impacts the air flow to the radiator.
Maybe you didnt notice that the intercooler is 17inches tall and runs from just under the hood latch all the way down to the bottom edge of the front bumper cover.

Calibration will commence in the next week or so, by that time we will have that data.
This system is similar in design to that of or 3v, which we have seen a slight rise in engine compartment temps but nothing to bring about a concern.

We have many happy 3v customers that have put 10's of thousands of miles on their cars while equipped with our system. None have reported any issues.

As a 3v customer, and knowing Mike, I have no doubt this will be a top-shelf turbo system that comes with outstanding shop support.

I second Brad +1. I haven't noticed anything with my underhood temps. I've got close to 10k miles on my turbo since Aug and its still running good.

Awesome, love the intercooler design/layout. Also allows for a huge crosssection for the rad fan to pull air through it as well.
