Alright so Ive got a 5.4 block that I'm about to send off, and I'm wondering if anyone knows the most displacement I can get out of this block?

Kuro, what gives? Different engine, or the one you just put in?

I bought two 5.4s, blew one up and now i'm pulling the blown one out and about im about to send it off to get built.

Assuming this other 5.4 works... In sha allah

Quick question, by doing this your just getting a better rod/stroke ratio correct? Or are you still better off going with a 3.700" bore block because of the smaller stroke of the 4.6 and the bigger bore un-shrouding the valves??

Gotta have deep pockets for this one...

The "GT1000R", a 2009 GT500, made 1006 RWHP / 916 RWTQ on the dyno a few days ago. The dyno sheet can be seen below... over 800 RWTQ at 2,600 rpms!

Yea, well at this point we will have to see if the spare block is even useable...
