So i picked these up - and it looks like my OEM pulleys were different diamators than what was recommended in this... is that going to cause an issue at all?

OEM set up

2 90mm smooth
1 90mm ribbed
1 76mm smooth

Ordered

2 76mm smooth
1 76mm ribbed
1 90mm smooth

So I am just really wondering if this is going to cause belt slip?

It all depends on your belt length and where you set the idler that is under the SC pulley. You should be fine.

For example, I put no 90mm pulleys on my neighbors car (DOB car) and it doesn't have any belt problems.

Just make sure the tensioner is the correct range and you will be GTG.:thumb2:

you will also need a 33 spline socket to get the alternator pullet off - I found mine on ebay for 9 bucks.

No 90mm smooth idler either, all 76mm. Only the grooved is 90mm. No slippage here either.

Can a 100mm smooth idler pulley be used with this on a DOB setup? Only reason I ask is because I have a nice thump racing one I would like to use. If noti willjustsell it.
Thanks,
Don

I know this is an older thread, for what it's worth my 2001 F150 4.6 is 8 rib, prolly some interchange there.
