I can't seem to get a good picture, but I have AMR 20x8.5 255/35-20 on the front of my 2014 GT and they seem to tilt in at the top ever so slightly.

I have hung a weight and the top seems to be angled in about 1/2 inch more than the bottom.

Is this normal? The rears seem to sit pretty well vertical, but both the fronts seem to tilt in at the top a bit.

Yes, this is normal due to the camber setting of the front alignment.
The rear is a live axle and will always be perpendicular to the chassis (on flat ground).

The IRS on the '15 will angle inward at the top as well.

Static negative camber (what you are seeing) is GOOD thing. That's so when you are mid corner and the car is loaded (leaning over to the outside), the outer front wheel remains more vertical. On the S197 chassis, we are looking for all the negative camber we can get; I run -2.75 degrees for the track and there are folks around here with lots more. My negative camber is visible just looking at the car that way.

Do some reading on suspension setup.

On a street car I'd probably want -1 to -1.2 degrees of camber.

If you're really curious, read up on MacPherson strut suspension and camber loss/gain through suspension travel

I have the same issue on my 05 GT and was wondering the same thing. I even have camber plates on my car to help the issue but the front tires are wearing on the inside.

My 19x10 AMR's looked the same as you're describing, tilted in at the top.
Normal, of course, due to the camber and independent suspension.

But I was a bit surprised it did that since I was hoping that the wheel being 10" wouldn't be in so far.

I ended up installing some ~1/4" spacers to bring them out a bit more:

Go get an alignment and have them lower the amount of toe out you have.
