She's gone i lost her. I was cruising home with a group of friends and we had just passed a cop with someone pulled over. I had slowed down to move to the left. When I went to switch lanes back to the right, the rear end broke loose and the car shot right. Hitting a light pole head on and throwing the car into the ditch and under water. I had to kick my door open to get out and my passenger had to clime out the driver side. The whole passenger side was submerged under water. I am so lucky that neither of us were hurt. Just shaken up a bit and scared. Took an airbag to the face. Cold roads and summer only tires do not mix. I cant say thank you enough to all my friends who came out to support me through this emotional wreck.

Found out the hard way about the cold weather and Summer tires early on this year too. Car was out for its last ride on Dec 6. before I took it off the road and lost it on some ice. Really really sucks man, car was beautiful.

Yesterday I had to drive at 5 am in 28 degrees down a mountain. My butt was puckered the whole way down.

Need to rethink summer only tires.

I just now saw your post and the pictures of your Mustang.

Man you guys were so fortunate to get out of that in one piece for sure.

Your right cold roads don't work well with summer tires.

As others have said I'm glad neither of you were hurt !!!
