I am wondering if a 285 will fit on the front mainly, because some of the pics I found doing a search shows that the front fitment is very flush with a 275, and I didn't want any rubbing issues on the front with my car being lowered on Sportlines.

I am with a 1" Roush spring drop. More of an issue on the back. I have a 1.5" drop out back and if it were any lower I'd hit the lip of the wheel well. I'll most likely switch to a 275/40 next time around. I can tell you that it is very flush. With the rear at least and the 285/35 the tire sticks out 1/4" PAST the wheel well at the tires widest spot (which is the center of the tire). I'd have to put a ruler against the tire but would think the front is the same on mine. How low does the Sportlines drop the car?

Oh dang, good thing I posted this! Sportlines are a 1.3/1.8 I believe. I may have to go the 275/40 route also.

It will fit just fine. I am running 295/35R18's on my Drifts just fine and I am also on coilovers.

Uhm, yeah........but you're running 18's. Not 19's like he asked about. Different size, different offset.

Oh thats right, I forgot I tried that link but Facebook is blocked at work haha.

I'll check em out later at home, thanks dude!!

Forgot to mention I have a 2013 but I just saw another thread and with the 275/40s the tires have a nice flush sidewall with a *slight* stretch which looks best compared to bulge, and also fits super flush especially in the fronts.

Yeah. I'm also not sure but there 'might' be just a little more give with the 2013 in that the wheel wells might be out just a little further, but I haven't seen one in person to be able to tell.

There is slightly but I am not a fan of mixing tire sizes on the same size rim on all 4s, just bothers me if sidewall stretch/bulge is different front to back.

This is DWalker's car:

His tire is a 275/35/19 front, but it already looks pretty flush and has the tire stretch I want. And I want to keep the same tire sizes all around, so that looks like the route I will take.
