billet vs steel control arms

What are the benefits of using billet control arms over steel? I just can't justify spending an extra $100 just to save a couple pounds.

U just stated the only benefit, maybe 1-2 lbs oh i guess u couldsay looks pretty is another one, they are both stronger than the stock piece. I went with a midsteel tubular arm after scrapping up my billet ones. And get a hybrid sphere/poly bushing. JM or BMR
