Looking into buying the On3 Single Turbo system for my 2006 Mustang GT.

Looking at the kit ($1,889) trying to figure out how hard it would be to install myself or if I should have a shop do the install. It will be sent off for a custom dyno tune for 3 settings.

Haven't been able to really find anything on the kits for the 3v systems, does anyone have real experience with them?

What all outside of the kit is needed for a complete install?

700 posts on the forum and still didn't know this is not tech. Also, this kit has plenty of threads on it already, thats why we have an awesome search feature.

On my phone and the search doesn't come up with anything. My bad. Move it to the proper forum thread then.

Bobby I've already spoken to you. Just can't see dropping $6,000 + shipping on a kit right now. I can spend $3,000 on a complete kit and have it installed & dyno'd. Then upgrade when needed or wanted

My buddy just had an On3 kit installed on his 09 GT. $1800 in labor (including labor for a clutch install). A few pipes needed modified.

They were a little low, lol. So they fixed them.

Car made 407 hp and 450 torque to the tires on 6lbs boost. On a Mustang Dyno. ($1800 did NOT include the custom tune).

You will still need a fuel pump, injectors, a tuner, a maf saddle, not sure what else.

My guy with the cost of the kit, sets me at $3500 installed & tuned.

Roberts why you selling your kit? It'd brand new.

I'm just trying to get a good basic kit to start with and build up from there. I don't have $8,000 to drop on a kit. I want the main components and then upgrade to better stuff as money come avaliable. Is that so hard these days?

Just don't get greedy because if you're trying to stay within your budget a blown motor will put you out of it.
