I was one of the first to buy the black chrome fr500s 3-4 years ago. They look badass, but the finish started peeling after a year or so. The company did some changes and sent me a second batch that lasted a lot better.

My uncle bought a set back in 2008. They have faided and are near as shiny, but the finish has still held up. We got them from wheelreplicas.com

Butttttt....I bet black chrome would look pretty damn good on his legend lime with those black stripes.
