Boss intake price fiasco.. (moved from 2011)

So you order online and some warehouse ships it to your local dealership and you hope they ship what you want? Seems kind of sketchy, without knowing for sure you are getting the Boss manifold or even when.

No, you are ordering direct from Ford, and they deliver it through your local dealership. Not a big deal.. If you look at the part pic next to price/description, it'll give you an exploded view, clearly showing that it's a Boss intake. The one above it clearly shows a standard GT intake.

I hope this pans out for you.

My local dealer quoted me $260 on the phone, and then I went in to order it, and was told it was no longer in the system.

Trav, is your dealer a Ford Racing dealer?

I just got a call from the dealer.. My money has been refunded, and my order canceled. Apparently there's a "mistake" with the pricing, and this intake is now 599.00. lol..

So much for that..

Yeah, my dealer is a Ford Racing dealer.
