Classifieds posting

I'm trying to list a part for sale in the classifieds but it won't let me. It says I don't have that privelage. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say cause you don't have that privilege yet? There should be a sticky with classified rules which will tell why.
