Hi All,
Just finishing up my reinstall of the engine/tranny (2005 4.0L with T5), and doing little stuff. This is my first time I have ever messed with a hydraulic clutch, and need to bleed it. Shop manual says just use a Miti-Vac on the master cylinder. Is there anything else I really need to know? Or any tips? That seems too easy...

Thanks,

Just to close the loop here, I got some advice and got it done tonight. Just jacked the front of the car up and pumped the clutch for about 10 minutes. Burped right out.

Ridiculously easy!

Thanks,

Take the cap off the brake reservoir, then pump the clutch all the way to the floor about 100 at a 3 Mississippi pace. Make sure to have some extra fluid to put in just incase.
