Custom icons in Black Ops

Do any of you guys know where I can custom layers for my playercard in black ops? I saw some user with a mustang one today and I've seen alot of very creative icons. Theres no way these users are sitting there for hours and creating these.

I mean, actually google black ops playercard in images, thats how I found figured out how to make my invader zim. you just gotta look at the image and figure it out.

I saw someone with a badass 8 ball emblem, so I copied it as best as I could,, but made it blue instead of black and have 5.0 on it.

I have no idea how I can show you other than telling you my gamer tag is InfiniteZer0.

I copied it. I just looked at it and guessed what it was made from. Then I tweaked it.

Anyways....this guy has tons of tutorials on some cool emblems and i got the autobot one from him.
