I have JPC's triple pump system. For the second time, the DeatschWerks 300+ pumps are failing. They are supposed to be E85 and pump compatible. Not the case.

As far as there lifetime warranty goes, after the first pump failed, sending debris through the other two pumps and costing me 2 fuel filters. DeatschWerks said they would not warranty the pumps again. First pump failed after a few weeks and less than 300 miles of driving. Figured it was a fluke. Should have known better when he said he would not warranty again. This time around, less than 500 miles and it's taking a shit. I'm pissed because its a royal PITA to swap the pumps, let alone I have to buy three more pumps.

That does suck....what are u gonna go with now. I can't believe they won't warranty them again.

I'll guess I buy 3 walbro's and put them in.

Per their website: "3-year no-fault warranty"

Fucking horse shit!

I agree, I'm just tired of this bullshit with them, that's all. It was a huge PITA last time.

That suck!

I run triple Deatschwerks pumps with E85 right now. I can't say I have had any problems with them so far.

Now I did with the Aeromotive Stealth pumps. They all three burned up with in a few months.

Return style system? How is it wired up?

From my experience and from what many others have found is any of these bigger 300lph+ pumps including deatschwerks dont do well in a return setup when 3 pumps are used. If your going to use 3 pumps you will need some hobbs switches to leave them off when not needed, thicker gauge wiring, or stick to the 3 smaller 255 gss walbro pumps imho, if its just 2 pumps in a return setup then you are less likely to have issues with these bigger 300lph+ pumps. I have had 2 dw300 in my car, (returnless setup) for over a year now and they have been great for me.

We run off one pump, the two others come in on a hobbs switch under boost.

At least they die slow. Instant off could mean instant lean at WOT and then pop.

I think you should clarify this because as it sits it is misleading. If all your pumps shut down at once you will have no fuel, you can't run lean because there is no fuel at all. If on the other hand the pumps slowly lose pressure or one goes and the other two can't keep up with demand you will be running lean which could lead to detonation and a blown engine.
