Hi,

Forgive me in the ignorance of the following qu's here, im very much a novice.

Got an 09 GT. Was hoping in the next 2-3yrs to swap out the 4.6L and put in either a B53 from Ford or B328 from Brenspeed.

I was browsing AM's engine section and saw this:
Ford Racing Part# M-6009-427A
A little more then a grand more than the B328.

Now the dumb qu, my aftermarket cams & longtubes wouldn't be compatible with this block at all right? I'd basically need custom cams and LT?

Could you even get a supercharger on it?

The first two engines you mention are modular and would work with the heads and everything else you have.

The 2nd one is a 427 windsor, which would work, but would cost several times what the modular setup would due to everything being custom work to get the engine into the car. Not to mention the induction setup (heads, intake.) Could definitely do a supercharger, Novi 2200 or something.
