Update:

Got the Stainless Works 1 7/8'' Long Tubes and 3" X pipe installed along with the new L&M dual 66mm tb.

Baseline run shown as well.

I'm pretty happy where it's at now. Fun car.

Got 25.4 mpg cruising down to the dyno 45 miles away.

What speed, and what gears?

Looks more like valve float at the top end to me, than a tune issue. I would seriously consider upgrading to Boss valve springs if you plan to run it up over 6,000 rpm very often.

Stock springs + boost + 7,000 rpm = valve float ....... guaranteed

I also bet 80% of that 50hp gain was in the bigger TB alone. Would have loved to see the difference with just the TB swap. PD blowers respond VERY well to opening up the pre-blower intake path. Much more than opening the exhaust side.

VERY good point!

That's the reason the new 5.0 Aluminator set up for the blower has the BOSS springs.
I just didn't think you'd see it occur that low in the rpm.

That L&M is a work of art that performs flawlessly! Good choice!:thumb2:

On they dynograph, Is that belt slip at the top or spark blowout or knocks going off or just pulling timing to detune it a bit?
