Exterior Door Handle Removal

Anybody have ANY idea how to remove the Exterior Handle??? I've already gotten the panel off and the double ended screw toward the front of the car......but I'm lost when it comes to the back, where the lock mech. is.......I've seen a guide in the past from a service manual but I cant find it now.......anyone willing to point me in the right direction?
