yes all bolts right in, you would need to swap the oil pan, use motor mounts. and figure a way to fit the 4.6 manifold i was going to use some spacers that a machine shop was going to do for me.

the 4.6l and 5.4l 3v use the same head

i put it on ebay just to see what happens for a month. but im open for offers.

about the plates its pretty much the same as these but for the 3v intake, i was having a local guy machined them for me, he was going to charge me around 450 for them. i dont know its really up to the machine guy you go to, there are some ppl that would just say no right away.

this guy took all the meassures and was ready to start cutting the aluminum block when i stoped him.
