First time out in the 5 oh

Went to Edgewater today. My 15" wheels rubbed on the rear so went with stock tires. First pass was coming right in after an hour drive there, still had the cooler and chairs in the trunk. 13.09 @ 109. Didn't sit for long, set the stock tire to 24 in the rear. Spare tire in the trunk etc. Off idle ran a 12.91 @110 and change. Ran another hot lap 12.93 @ 110 and change. Let her cool off and stalled up to 1200 ran a 12.80 @111. Last pass tried to really stall it up and spun thru first ran a 13.29 @110 with a 2.4 60'. Best 60' was 1.91. I was pretty impressed. I think with my bias plys I might have squeezed of a 12.6x. Oh well DA was between 1150 and 1300 today.

Congrats on the runs. I am sure you would have gone 12.60's with some sticky tires since we ran pretty much the same.
I am looking forward to racing with you next summer.
