Yes you simply can just unbolt the front swaybar, take it all the way off the car and leave it off to go to the track. i have done it a few times.
The swaybay itself its 15lbs. Plus the swaybar is connected to the struts, so its not just 15lbs that your loosing its allowing the front stuts to come up i little freeer is the argument. But that depends on how stiff you springs shock/struts are to begin with.
What does it drive on the street? i only do it going to and from the dragstrip. Um i notice it but its not something terrible.
I have only done it twice and neither time did i gain anything from doing it. But that doesnt mean anything. The last time i was at the drag strip my lsd was shot and my clutch was gone.
