Yes it will fit. It's a different block base the the 3v block, bore and stroke are different as well as the deck and head design.

Oil in the throttle body reminds me of when I had a hole in the center of my piston due to the valve head snapping off.

If my block wasn't already bored over it would probably have been re-usable.
