I am looking into ordering a center mount gauge pod. I ordered the roush ones and sent them back because I was reading about the gauges fogging up so I am looking into a center mount now. I don't like the pillar mounts. I ran one of those in my 97 and at night the bright lights killed me. And just looked in the way. So I am looking at either a Glowshift one or an autometer. If anyone has pics of the GS one can you please post it.

IMO: the best looking center gauge pods comes from CDC. link above
the Autometer is to bulky as it tries to mimic the thickness of the dash.
The Gloshift line just don't follow the sexy cures of the Mustang dash.
The CDC pod fit PERFECTLY and contours to the lines of the dash without taking over the whole area.

Is the CDC pod angle so the gauges are facing towards the driver or are they centered straight back.

I have the autometer. I just installed it yesterday.

Fitment is ok, I still have to shave it a bit so it sits flush. I like it because it as a little visor and in the vert, it helps.

This seems to look the best IMO. I looked up the Pro Sport gauges that were pictured on that customers car, and they only run $50 a piece. Thats a total of $250 for decent gauges and a clean gauge pod.(pretty damn cheap). Might go this route unless I can justify using Defi:crazy:

OP have you decided yet?
