Help needed with 07 manual swap.

I have searched and not found my exact dilemma in the threads so if there is one there can someone point me to it? Here is what I have, I am swapping to manual in my 07 GT. I bought a donor car so I have all the parts needed including the keys from the donor. I have changed the ecu and fuse box, main motor harness and pigged wires into clutch pedal. Before I hook up the battery other than ecu what do I need to change? Do I have to change the key switch? Any help would be appreciated. It’s an 07 to 07 swap.

You will need to swap them or have a locksmith program your keys to the ecu for it to start. That or a tune that deletes Pats. It really isnt difficult to swap out the 4 key cylinders in the car, and i have done it on a couple cars now.
