Help with I think coolant crossover tube

The elbow sitting on drivers side of 06 mustang gt that a coolant line runs into on top of the engine. I am trying to install a procahrger kit and it looks like this should be able to swivel if I loosen the nut but I loosen it and I cant get it to do anything at all.

that's for a '07 and up crossover, I think, where the t-stat cover is bolted to it.
The '06 crossover is fixed and nothing there can move or be moved.

where did that come from? that's not a stock crossover.

That is not factory. That is somebody's nightmare creation.

That looks like the fitting the Paxton kit supplies to relocate the coolant tube on 05/06 cars. It looks like someone modified it even further to put a bleed nut on top of it.

Yeah thats what it is I got it moved should be fine now.
