Horrible Hesitation

I recently got my car back after having it sent to get some wiring fixed and my transmission looked at, the next day the car was losing power and when I try to go from a stop it would hesitate for like 5 seconds before the car would move I’ve almost gotten hit trying to turn onto a busy street, but once I get above low rpm’s it drives somewhat normal. The car idles normal and everything. Only codes in getting are p2195 p2196 and a p2198. The car has a lot of work done to it, full exhaust, cai, zex nitrous kit, has been engine swapped from a 4.0 to a 4.6, 3.73 gears automatic. Any help is appreciated

Valve body in trans is probably failing. Wild guess though. Your swap status and recent stay at a shop complicates everything. Take the car back and tell them it didn't do that before.
